How does the subscription work?

- Just select the pack that best suites your needs and create an account with your shipping and billing information.  We then bill and send you a new pack each month.

 

Is there a fee to join?

- To join our subscription plan, there are no fees.  You just pay for your products and shipping.

 

Can I change my scent each month?

- You absolutely can change your scent for the $6 and $9 subscriptions.  To do so, simply log into your account, click edit next to your subscription, and click change variant.  There you can choose from our 17 different scents.

 

What is your cancelation policy?

- When subscribing, you are locked into one recurring charge.  Once you have one re-charge you are able to hit cancel at anytime with no fees to cancel.  If you need any help canceling, please contact us and we will do our best to help you!

 

I have too much product but still want my membership, what can I do?

- If you don't want to receive your subscription every month, you have the option under the edit button to change your subscription to be delivered anytime you want.  You can space it out to come faster or longer than one month.

 

What if I want to switch to a different package?

- Switching packages is easy and can be done anytime.  You just log into your account, click the "add product" button.  There you will see all the subscription packages offered.  You just find the one you want, choose your scent from the drop down box, and add it to your subscription.  Then just click cancel on your old package.  If you need help, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out!

 

Do you accept PayPal?

- Sorry, we do not accept PayPal for our subscriptions.  We do however, accept PayPal for regular product purchases.

 

How many subscriptions can I have at one time?

-You are able to purchase two subscriptions together but we will cancel any orders that go above 2 at one time.
